CLI offers workshops, programs, learning expeditions, and retreats that incorporate the concepts of conscious leadership through unique experiences and settings. As a boutique firm, we partner with our clients to create customized learning experience that lead to greater levels of engagement and sense of purpose.
Through our studies, experiences, and research, we have formulated an orientation to developing leaders who can test and evaluate their own mental models regarding the environment, the business, the organization, and their internal operating assumptions in order to drive leadership effectiveness and create greater impact. We challenge individuals to think differently about themselves and the world they operate in.
We include Nature as partner in this work and find incorporating Nature-based explorations, learnings, and settings into our corporate-based workshops, programs, and retreats heightens collaboration, perspective-taking, innovative dialogue, and systemic thinking. It also helps leaders, teams, and organizations to more easily center on what matters most in their vision, purpose, and values.
As Co-founders of the Conscious Leadership Institute, Cam and Pamela have created learning experiences with more than sixty organizations including Aditya Birla Group, Brambles, Engie, Hollard, Ingersoll-Rand, Nandos, NASA, The Nature Conservancy, Schneider Electric, SCOR, and the Volvo Group, among others.
We have a rich history of working globally with a diverse group of leaders and individuals. These multi-cultural experiences have deepened our knowledge, capabilities, and network. We also have online experience in the design and delivery of workshops and programs with global audiences.
