SONIA ORTIZ
Sonia specializes in the transformation of individual and collective leadership culture in organizations. She helps create safe spaces where critical conversations can take place.
She works with senior leaders and teams who are facing challenges, building relationships and leading change. She has worked for the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Automotive, Entertainment and Food industries as well as Universities and NGOs.
She’s been working with TLC Iberia and FCG as a mentor/coach in certification and as leadership coach and POL facilitator.
As a Coach, she enjoys providing support for sustainable change with a systems / integral approach, as well as supporting mindset change for positive long-term impact.
She brings more than 20 years of multinational corporate experience and 10 years as a coach. Sonia has worked with people and companies internationally and she has lived in Spain and United States.
She holds a Master in Business Administration from La Salle University in Barcelona and Manhattan College in NYC. She is certified in both Co-active and Organization Relationship and Systems coaching. She is certified by the Leadership Circle in the use of their individual and collective assessment tools, as well as their Leadership System to sustain leadership development. She is also an authorized facilitator of Team Coaching International products.
